Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between your firm and ours. It supersedes any prior verbal communications.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions operate under the laws of Vietnam. We deliver our professional services from our international headquarters.
